The Crofts
This current scheme requires our involvement for external and internal progressive scaffolding access to enable the new building of 3 number houses.
The Red Dragon Centre
Through a referral we were contacted by the centre to provide emergency access works within the centre. Due to the location and nature of the centre itself the scaffolding works had to be planned out of hours.
We attended site at night time after the centre had closed to erect the scaffold and returned in the early hours to remove the scaffold before the centre opened. We completed the sequence twice without issue.
New Build Mosque
We have been tasked with the design, supply and erection of edge protection fixed from a steel frame to enable safe access and progress for contractors on site.
The edge protection was fixed along the outer edge of the building and complete with internal voids and stairwells.
Aston Martin
Easy fix had been asked to provide a safe working platform above a main stairwell to enable curtain walling installation. This project had many problematic issues due to location and useability.
We over two pre-start site visits provided a methodology that was safe and workable and provided minimum risk to the safety of others and not interfering with the site production.
Heathfield Care Home
We were contacted by the site team at Heathfield with a request to visit site and provide a quotation and methodology within 24hrs of the site visit due to a breakdown with a previous sub-contractor of which caused the time constraint. The project consisted of a newbuild care home of which will double the capacity of the original on site. Being a working care home, our methods had to be on point as to not cause any interference with the day-to-day workings of the care home.
We completed the above requirement and complimented it with a team on site within 48hrs of initial approach. The requirements consisted of external scaffolding for brickwork/blockwork compete with loading bay. Internal lift shaft access along with stairwell access scaffolds. All scaffolding works on site has been progressive with the build.
Combisafe International
We had been contacted initially to help provide information regarding a design for an internal birdcage type scaffold to be built within Combisafe’s flagship training centre. Through this process we gained a mutual understanding of the project and this led to us being appointed as the scaffold contactor to supply and erect the scaffold.
Due to the busy nature of the centre with adjoining warehouse and offices we agreed to complete works out of hours. This was completed on time and with no issues.
